Conversion kit from mounting type ‘B1’ to ‘B2’

To convert from installation type ‘B1’ (sensor mounted directly on the drain) to installation type ‘B2’ (sensor mounted on the wall). The scope of delivery includes 1x adapter piece for installation in the drain pipe (thread must already be present), 1x connection hose, 1x sensor holder for wall mounting, 1x PTFE sealing material.

Advantages:

• Sensor is more easily visible
• Easier access for servicing
• Better long-term stability, especially with black water tanks

The conversion is carried out as follows:

• Completely empty the tank (ball valve remains open).
• Unscrew the current sensor and remove the plug nipple from the sensor (to do this, press the ‘ring’ on the sensor).
• Mount the bracket and insert the sensor, securing it with the locknut provided.

Screw the end piece back into the original mounting position, using the supplied PTFE sealing tape (or another suitable sealant).

Shorten the sensor tube to the appropriate length and connect it to the end piece and the sensor.
